Professor George Ivaniashvili-Orbeliani has received a Visiting Fellowship from the Elliott School of International Affairs of George Washington University.
Under the auspices of the Visiting Scholars Program, he will complete and publish his book - "Rethinking the Paradigms of the Post-Soviet Transition to Democracy".
